Control crimping

This is a device for detecting leaks by pressure decay in a vacuum chamber and is used to check the sealing of crimped vials.

The Vactronic system also allows various types of packs such as sealed products, sachets, blisters, vacuum packs, etc. to be tested.

This non-destructive test for vials replaces the methylene blue sealing test (ISO 8871-5), offering various advantages over it and allowing its off-putting drawbacks to be avoided (sample destruction, human interpretation, tedium, extremely long test time).

Easy to use and maintain, this system simply requires a 24V/230V power supply.
